Jenny spent most of her childhood in South Australia, but remembers with most clarity and nostalgia the three years she lived in PNG from age 7-10. She’s had a heart for cross-cultural ministry since then and completed nursing and teaching degrees in preparation. 

Jenny is enjoying being back at SMBC with her husband David and children: Nathan, Abby, Issy and Evie. Ten years ago they were here as students, now they’ve returned as Missionaries in Residence for 2023. The intervening years have been spent serving with Pioneers Australia in West Africa, working with an Unreached People Group. Jenny is grateful for the depth of the local relationships she has there and longs to see her friends transformed by the love of Christ. She is looking forward to resuming ministry in West Africa at the end of the year, God willing.

She is happy camping, swimming, reading and playing games - or  any combination of the above!
