Undergraduate Certificate of Theology
Course Overview
The SMBC Undergraduate Certificate of Theology (UCTh) is a great introduction to theological studies.
With only four units of study required, it suits people dipping into theological study, or with limited time to study. The UCTh gives you basic biblical foundations and allows you to study units (subjects) of your choice in the areas of theology, church history, missions, preaching and pastoral care.
The UCTh opens pathways to further study, as it is the equivalent of the first half of the Diploma. It will give you a basic competency to serve in a local church or para-church ministry.
