Graham served as a church planting missionary with SIM (1995 – 2008). In 2011 – 2017 he worked as a property and facilities manager in the retirement sector, followed by SMBC (2017 – 2022). He previously worked in project and contract management in the civil sector (1989 – 1991) and now in building (2019-2020 & 2024 to present).
Graham has served as a member of the Board since 2023.
