Liam began his career working as an architectural graduate for residential and education projects (2013–2018). In 2018–2021 he worked as a project architect for education projects. He has been nominated architect and design manager for commercial and government projects (2022–2025) and is currently director and nominated architect for Baikie Corr Architecture (2016 present).
Liam has served as a member of the Board since 2025.
