Doctor of Ministry (DMin)
If you are experienced in ministry and keen to make a thoughtful contribution to the field, you may be interested in a Doctor of Ministry (DMin). The form of the DMin is currently being revised by the ACT and is likely to be available from 2020 comprising both coursework and thesis components.
The thesis is designed to enable you to produce significant and original research outcomes and as a beginning researcher demonstrate the capacity to design, implement, gather and interpret data, and communicate the results of the research for theses undertaken in specific fields of knowledge applied to various areas of professional ministry.
For more detailed information on this course, including admission requirements, length and structure, see the ACT course overview. (SMBC is an affiliated college with the Australian College of Theology (ACT))
