SEMESTER 2 2021
Wednesday Daytime Unit
2.5 billion people in the world follow Islam or Buddhism. Perhaps God has given you an interest in helping Muslims or Buddhists find Jesus?
This unit will help you do that. In it, we explore the basic beliefs, practices, and some deeply held assumptions of Muslims and Buddhists. You will discover not only the formal elements of these two faiths, but also something of the everyday needs, and fears of their practitioners. You will hear from several Buddhists and Muslims how they practice their faith and why it is important to them, and you will discuss both their faith and your faith in Jesus with a practitioner of one of these religions.
