**In ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of the Higher Education relief package, the Australian federal government is continuing its exemption for undergraduate courses from FEE-HELP's 20% loan fee till 31 December 2022 (there is no loan fee for units of study in Postgraduate courses.). The loan fee exemption will reduce the total debt of students accessing FEE-HELP by 20% for units with a census date in 2022.**

Announcement: Vaccination requirement in place for on-campus attendance in Semester 1, 2022.

In 2022 our lecturers will be continuing, as we have over the last couple of years, to offer off-campus study (live online classes) to ensure all people who want to study with us, can do so, and continue to do so.

Because of our context, being a residential and community-based college with numerous identified vulnerable to COVID people living onsite (infants, immunocompromised and older people), and to reduce the possibility of a widespread outbreak, the College Board has implemented a temporary requirement for people to be double COVID vaccinated (unless a person has an approved medical exemption) for our on-campus study option in Semester 1, 2022. Further details of SMBC's COVID-19 response can be found here

SEMESTER 1 2022

How did God use his people to spread the light of the gospel from its beginnings in Judea and Jerusalem to the very heart of the Roman Empire?..

SEMESTER 2 2022
Monday Evening Unit - Northern Beaches Centre

NT018-612/712/812 + NT206-912 (Specialised Studies)

The apostle Paul was one of the most zealous evangelists and clearest thinkers in the early church. What we know about him comes from the Acts of the Apostles and from the letters that make up a large part of our New Testament. Our world is fast becoming as pagan as it was in Paul’s time. With individual Christians and churches exhibiting many of the problems that he addressed, his letters are of crucial importance to the modern church. They enable us to respond to those issues in a godly and courageous way, and remain faithful to Christ and his gospel in our own age...
